• Landlord Tenant Disputes Fee Schedule

    Fees

    • A single Flat Fee of $3,000 for disputes less than $50,000.00;
    • Over $50,000.00 - every $10,000 over $50,000 is an additional $500.00 which caps at a total fee of $10,000.

  • Civil Disputes Non - Landlord Tenant - Fee Schedule

    Fees

    • $1 to $499 is a $250 fee
    • $500 to $999 is a $325 fee
    • $1,000 to $4,999 is a $750 fee
    • $5,000 to $10,000 is a $1,000 fee
    • $10,001 to $25,000 is a $2,500 fee
    • $25,001 to $50,000 is a $5,000 fee; every $10,000 over $50,000 is an additional $1,500.00 which caps at a total fee of $25,000.

  • Counter Claims: All Types of Matters

    • $1 to $499 is a $250 fee
    • $500 to $999 is a $325 fee
    • $1,000 to $4,999 is a $750 fee
    • $5,000 to $10,000 is a $1,000 fee
    • $10,001 to $25,000 is a $2,500 fee
    • $25,001 to $50,000 is a $5,000 fee; every $10,000 over $50,000 is an additional $1,500.00 which caps at a total fee of $25,000.

  • Conference Fee:

    Fees

    • If any party wants a conference to happen within five business days there is an additional fee of $1,250.00

  • Appeal an EAS Arbitrator Decision to EAS:

    Fees

    • The Fee is $1,250.00 for a level 1 appeal;
    • The Fee is $5,000 for a final level 2 (3 arbitrator) appeal.

  • Attorney Charge:

    • Attorney Qualification and Usage Charge is $1,500 by party exercising this right

  • Arbitration Hearing Charges In lieu of Disputes on Submissions:

    • Remote Hearing Charge is $3,500 for first 5 hours and $1,000 per additional hour; payable by party requesting the hearing
    • In Person Hearing Charge is $7,000 for first 5 hours and $3,000 per additional hour payable by party requesting the in-person hearing

  • Adjournment Fees:

    • One adjournment per party Adjournment Fee is $3,500.00;
    • If an EAS arbitrator needs an adjournment there shall be no fee.
