Jimmy Wagner was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY where he maintains a law office at 2055 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11234.  He routinely assists clients with a wide array of legal problems.  A problem he had is having to turn away clients because their dispute, while very important to the parties, is not of a large enough monetary value to warrant the need for hiring an attorney and bringing a case to the appropriate Court. 

This does not mean that the dispute is not legitimate or valuable. It means on a business cost basis analysis it would not make economic sense to pursue the claim with attorneys.  This is the exact type of scenario that started the idea for Expedited Arbitration Services, PLLC (EAS) but the idea expanded and grew to the building of the online platform, that will bring valuable cost-efficient justice to everyone who desires the same. 

Mr. Wagner intends to use his legal expertise and experience to put together an arbitration service that cuts through the noise to get right to a problem and provide quick and immediate justice for parties.  Current arbitration services help to expedite the services but the costs are equal to lawyers and courts. There is no reason in 2022 a party can not obtain cost efficient and timely justice.

The goal of EAS is quick and affordable access to justice for everyone on their own terms without the interference of a highly polarized and politicized judicial system.
