EXPEDITED ARBITRATION SERVICES, PLLC (EAS) was founded in 2022 by attorney Jimmy Wagner, who realized the traditional Court Systems were routinely failing the public.  The faults and problems with the U.S. Court System are numerous.  The pandemic was not the reason for the Courts' failure; however, the pandemic accelerated and exasperated the problems.

The problems routinely found in the U.S. Court Systems are costs, delays, compromised justices, and lawyers.  Each of these problems can be overcome individually, but when all exist together, it makes obtaining any relief or justice in America very difficult. Expedited arbitration is the solution.

EXPEDITED ARBITRATION SERVICES, PLLC was founded on the simple model and idea formulated in words by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. “It is not possible to be in favor of justice for some people and not be in favor of justice for all people.”  Justice should be as easily accessible to the wealthy corporate conglomerate and the widow whom the greedy landlord is wrongly assaulting. 

EAS aims to provide quick access to Justice.  With our unique online system, all participants will have the ability to upload and share their evidence and proof with the opposing side and the arbitrator handling the dispute.  The timelines are set by EAS, with all conflicts to be fully explored and conducted within 45 business days time from the moment both parties consent to use EAS and payment is confirmed; the final arbitrator’s decision will be no more than 45 business days for a final decision from the arbitrator. With an even quicker resolution for our VIPS members.

EAS works on a flat fee system which is all complete and easily understandable from our website.  Unlike litigation in the Courts, which has extraordinary and unpredictable costs, the participants in EAS will not be paying hourly rates to lawyers, arbitrators, and additional administrative fees.  The participants will make the payments to our online system quickly and efficiently. The typical EAS case costs $3,000 from start to finish, whereas the standard attorney retainer is $5,000.

In the American judicial system, we have an entire class of Judges who refuse to follow the law but instead, bend and modify written law under an antiquated concept of common law to reach decisions on cases that suit their political motives and leanings.  That will not happen in EAS.  All of our arbitrators are trained to follow the law, read documents within their four corners, and reach conclusions that are consistent with the concepts of justice.

The last problem with the American judicial system is the portion of the legal bar associations that attempt to manipulate the laws and the system to pervert justice.  EAS’s optimized structure is two sides telling their positions with evidence without interference by their lawyers trying to manipulate the scenario.  All EAS participants and providers are strongly encouraged to work without a lawyer. Still, if one side has an attorney, that participant will have to pay additional fees for their lawyer to participate.
