EXPEDITED ARBITRATION SERVICES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR QR-CODE SCAN

1. Agreement to Arbitrate

By scanning the QR code associated with the notice, document, letter, court document, complaint, or petition and entering your information, these Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated; you agree to resolve any disputes arising from the received notice, document, petition, letter, or otherwise exclusively through binding arbitration with Expedited Arbitration Services, PLLC  (EAS).  You agree to accept all notices, services, and documents for the dispute at the email address entered and/or the cell phone number provided for text messages.  A party's failure to maintain said email address or cell phone number without advising EAS in writing of the new email or number shall not be considered a failure of service or jurisdiction or reason for the default of any award issued. 

2. Expedited Arbitration

Please know that you agree that the arbitration process will be expedited through the EAS virtual portal.

3. Waiver of Jury Trial

You explicitly waive your right to a trial by jury and understand that any dispute will be decided by a neutral arbitrator.

4.  Arbitration Rules

The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the expedited arbitration rules of Expedited Arbitration Services, PLLC, which are available at www.EAS.Legal.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
