By accessing the EAS platform, requesting arbitration, communicating with our team, or uploading information, you agree to the following terms.
Agreement to Use EAS Services
By using this website or submitting any information through the EAS platform, you acknowledge that:
- EAS is a
neutral, private arbitration provider, not a traditional law firm.
- You understand that EAS offers
online, expedited arbitration and related administrative services.
- You agree to follow all EAS procedures, timelines, and governing rules.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should discontinue use of this website and any EAS service.
Binding Arbitration Agreement (For QR Code, Forms, and Online Submissions)
When you scan a QR code, respond to an EAS notice, submit a case online, or enter your information into any EAS form, you agree:
- All disputes identified in the related notice, petition, demand, or communication will be resolved
exclusively through binding arbitration administered by EAS.
- EAS may send all notices, filings, and communications to the
email address and/or phone number you provide.
- If your contact information changes,
you are responsible for informing EAS in writing.
- Failure to update contact information does not invalidate service, notices, or any resulting arbitration award.
Online & Expedited Process
All EAS matters proceed through the EAS Online Arbitration Portal, which includes:
- Digital filing
- Virtual case management
- Online evidence submission
- Remote hearings when required
- Electronic delivery of awards
By using EAS, you agree to participate in this fully online, accelerated process.
Waiver of Jury Trial
By agreeing to arbitration through EAS, you understand and acknowledge:
- You waive your right to a trial by judge or jury.
- A neutral arbitrator—not a court—will decide all aspects of your dispute.
- The arbitration award is final, binding, and enforceable under state and federal law.
Governing Rules
All arbitrations are conducted under the EAS Governing Rules, available on this website. These rules outline:
- Case filing procedures
- Deadlines and timelines
- Submission requirements
- Evidence and documentation rules
- Hearing procedures
- Issuance and enforcement of awards
You are responsible for reviewing these rules before or during your case.
Fees & Payment Terms
EAS charges
flat, predictable fees for arbitration services.
By initiating or participating in arbitration, you agree to:
- Pay applicable administrative fees
- Pay arbitrator fees as outlined in the Fee Schedule
- Submit payment through approved electronic methods
- Acknowledge that unpaid fees may delay case processing
